Plaintiff brought this action on behalf of himself and those similarly situated who worked for Defendant as outside sales persons. Plaintiff sought to recovery expenses incurred by the class for miles driven and cell phone usage. The parties agreed to settle the matter that the Court approved in 2008. The settlement amount was $1,000,000.
