Case Details:
Plaintiffs in this action allege that Sephora misclassified those with the title Specialists and therefore did not pay those in this position for overtime worked. Plaintiffs also allege that Sephora failed to provide timely off duty meal periods, failed to properly calculate regular rate of pay for overtime purposes, failed to reimburse for the purchase and/or maintenance of uniforms, failed to pay all wages due on termination and failed to issue wage instruments in conformity with the California Labor Code. Discovery is just beginning in this matter.
