Garnica brought this action asserting Verizon failed to properly calculate commissions owed and failed to provide employees with accurate wage statements. The Court granted final approval of a $5,000,000 class action settlement. An objector filed a motion for reconsideration of that ruling which was denied by the Court on April 30, 2010. On May 17, 2010, an objector filed an Appeal from the Court's Order Overruling Objections to Settlement Approval. The Appeal is currently pending.
