Plaintiff brings this case on behalf of himself and those similarly situated alleging that Lime Energy failed to reimburse him for expenditures made to do his job, such as tool purchases and mileage, and failed to properly calculate overtime owed. On May 14, 2010, the parties will request that the Court grant preliminary approval of a class action settlement.
