Plaintiffs bring this action on behalf of themselves and those similarly situated who work as Project Managers on Kaiser's Health Connect program. This action alleges Kaiser improperly classified the Project Managers and therefore failed to pay them overtime due and compensate them for missed rest and meal periods. The Court granted final approval of a $1,400,000 class action settlement.
