This class action sought recovery of overtime due to those who provided computer training and assistance in connection with Kaiser's HealthConnect program. The class consisted of those who held the title BAC, Product Specialists and Site Support Specialist. On February 2, 2009, the Court granted final approval of the settlement reached between the parties. The settlement amount was $5.4 million. The order requires the claims administrator to distribute the monies owed to the class members within 15 days of final approval.
