Case Details:
This is a class action on behalf of current and former recruiters at Kaiser. The recruiters allege they worked overtime and through rest and meal breaks and Kaiser failed to pay them for either overtime worked or missed rest and meal periods. The Court certified both the overtime and rest and meal period claims. The court approved a $4,000,000 class action settlement.
